My name is Umer Ali, and I've been having trouble making a new account on Fiverr for the past 3 days.
Back on February 3, I deactivated my old Fiverr account with the username umeralijamro. I did this because I wanted to create a new account. The email I used for my old account was [***].
Today, March 10, when I tried to make a new account, I got an error saying: "Use a different email/username. This one is not currently available." I think there might be a problem with my old account still being in Fiverr's system. I need to use this email because all my professional stuff is connected to it, and I can't make a new Google account just for Fiverr.
Is it possible to create a new account using the same email address that I used to delete my Fiverr account or can I recover the previous account after 1 month?
