Hey Everyone!
I am a level 2 seller. In the past 12 hours, someone place order from my account and within a 30-second auto-complete, I don't know what happened, and my all $$$ fiverr earnings is now not available. Since I did not place any orders, I don't know who placed orders in my account. I am sure my account is not hacked because in the security setting only showing 1 device is connected, which is me! So I don't know what happened, and my all $$$ is now not showing, which I made spending 3 to 4 months? Please, anyone have experience in this. I am worried. Can anyone help me? and the Fiverr support team is not responding!
