Still my gig service is hold on ,how many time it will take to be approved ?

I am having an issue of my seller profile service that looks like on hold I received a email in which my seller profile is not approved by fiverr .. Even I complete every step's .what should I do? Also education & certificate remains pending even I put complete information

When fiverr cannot approve seller profile And active is gig is deleted permanently What should I do ?

Hello everyone! I am having problem in verification of mobile number ,until I receive a code but code is not submitted on both mobile & computer, even change the number but still same issue. what should I do ?
