I did finally get a response from support with another chance to Verify.  It didn't instantly fail as it did previously, so that's a good sign right?

I am in the same boat here.  Nothing was even wrong with my ID/selfie.  It's literally a brand new CA Drivers license. There was no indication that repeated failures would lead to an account suspension - I just kept trying different lighting/angles to try and make it acceptable.  After 3 tries I am now no longer valuable to this company?

No response to my support requests. I even tried to upgrade my account for 'faster' support, but still no response.  I have likely lost 2 gigs that were in negotiation because I can't chat with the people any more.   It's so unbelievably ridiculous.

I too now am stuck with a disabled Fiverr account because of this failure to verify.  I took extremely crisp and clear photos 3 times and still kept getting denied.  Now I have 2 clients that to them appear I am ignoring them.  This is ridiculous.
