  1. Hi, So i cant remove Payoneer from fiverr because its disabled. and the customer support isn't helping! Paypal isn't supported so I am stuck

    So my Payoneer account was disabled and the customer support said they cannot remove Fiverr as my income source and told me to contact Fierr, and Fiver Customer Support cant remove Payoneer aswell and told me to contact Payoneer , So am I stuck in a loop? Neither can I withdraw my money or do anything. Can someone please help me out how to remove my current Payoneer account from fiverr 😞 I am a 53 year old retired Teacher and Fiverr is my bread and butter, It would be really helpful to know a solution.   5. So long story short, I had to close my current Payoneer account as per their customer support said because i couldn't receive the OTP any time, I have opened a new account with another e-mail. So can I remove the old payoneer from my fiverr and connect the new one? is it allowed? Thanks, Sofia

  7. I had a issue with fiverr and made a ticket, its been 2 dayss and I haven't gotten any response from the Fiverr customer support team. They usually reply under 12 hours. But I feel like I am being completely ghosted by them. Ive sent multiple msgs to get noticed but no luck, They arent replying at all! I opened a new request regarding the issue but it was closed automatically, Can someone from fiverr support please help me out? I thought I was supposed to get some sort of priority support after buying the seller plus subscription
  8. This is basically a Big shoutout to the amazing Fiverr Support Team! I've been using Fiverr for a while now, and every time I needed assistance, their support team was there for me. Despite what you might read elsewhere, my experience has been absolutely fantastic. They're a dedicated and hardworking team that solves our issues with care (They probably get thousands of tickets each day!). Kudos to the Fiverr support team! 👏Also feel free to share your own experiences below! I want to read some 🙂
  9. I have received a couple messages like this, but they aren't promoting telegram, instead they were inquiring for no obvious reason. Or maybe its just a hunch, I talked to them with professional behavior as I normally would and then they stopped replying. But your case is different, if someone talks anything suspicious or spam that you might think is again the Tos, immediately report that account and create a ticket, my experience with Fiverr Customer Support has been really great. Customer Support will take actions, but they won't tell you what actions they're going to take. In conclusion, if you see anything suspicious block and report them ASAP instead of continuing the chat. I hope this helps
  10. So basically, Yesterday i was working when I realized that my Fiverr is logged in my PC, Laptop and Mobile at once! I mean it's for obvious reasons. I work mainly on PC and use laptop if I have to travel & I use it in my iPhone to response to clients on the go. So, my question was, is it okay to have it logged simultaneous in different devices? It would be amazing if someone can confirm this. Thanks ❤️

  12. I recently joined fiverr a couple months ago as a seller and i only see young people here. So i was wondering if older sellers even exist.. im 50+ btw 🙂 cant tell me real age because its rude
