I try to sleep at least 6 hours a day and go every day for a walk. Those 1 hour walks kept my mind fresh and when I came back home I got the same energy as before.

When you log in to your Fiverr account, you are in the buyer account. After clicking "Switch to selling" you can switch to your seller account. But If "Switch to selling" option is not showing, your seller profile may not be approved.
