Hi Fiverr Experts. I am level 2 seller from 3 years. Someone has made ton of fiverr accounts and sending me each order daily then cancel it without any reason. All account are from different countries. After sending 50 orders all my gigs deranked to last page. I have contacted fiverr support. They said there is no problem in your account. After few days i got back at first page. But then new thing happened, my gigs impressions goes from regular 3k or 4k to 106k impressions in only 2 days and now again my gig deranked to last. Please suggest what should I do

    3k or 4k to 106k?
    Did you type it incorrectly?

Promoted Gigs just isn't any good anymore. I'd recommend not using it to be honest. You'll get clicks, but no orders. So far this year, I've received just three orders from promoted gigs ($490 in sales). And spent $850 on advertising. Impressions were clocking 70,000. Clicks, barely 2,000. Inbox inquiries were the worst part though. Either spammers, or people who were not even decently versed in what they were looking for.

This is about $12 per 1k impression

I think this is a great feature

    $ 15.5 per 1k

Honestly, the rate per 1000 is a little high compared to other CPM ads, but since this impression is aimed at Fiverr users, it should be fine.

  3. Lower competition is always preferable for a freelancer, but demand must also be considered.
So this is an endless question, because no one person can handle or work on everything. A good strategy would be to concentrate on your main strength and stick with it.

  4. As freelancers, we should all be thinking long term.
There are undoubtedly some axxhxle buyers out there, over whom we have no influence or control.
I believe we should do our job appropriately, and if a situation like this occurs again, it is entirely up to you to receive an unjust review or no payment.

A few pointers to help you avoid such situations
    1. Communicate with the buyer. Keep in mind the language barrier and cultural differences. Particularly among newly registered buyers
    2. Check to see if their review is positive. When was the most recent review?
    3. Establish specific goals and offer previous work samples.

Well, I used this thing on 2 of my gigs. Since I’ve been removed from search, I wanted to see if this will give me exposure or not for those 2 gigs. Well, after 2 days, there are no views registered from the paid promotion, not to mention 0 orders. So as far as I can see, if they removed you from search for some reason, you can try to pay for exposure, it won’t really make a difference. I will get back with an update after a week, but even so, for 2 days I was expecting at least a few views. Clearly there are other factors at play.

What do you mean by "removed from search"?

Can anyone still look for your gig given the exact full title?

    Hello Freelancers!😎

My name is Qasim, I am not getting orders, even though my impressions are 7k+ in one gig, another is 6k+, and so on. But I am not getting new orders, I don't know why. and now my impressions are going down. Please someone tell me what the reason is.

    Thank You 🥰

    Happy Freelancing ❤️

Let's break this down: an impression is when your gig is displayed among all other gigs, and a click count is when someone clicks inside your gig.
    While order is self-explanatory.

So, depending on the situation, you should figure it out.
    1. Low impression, your gig is not visible; change keyword, rating, and so forth.
    2. A high impression but a low click or order indicates that your image/title has to be improved.
    3. Low order, high click. Everything else besides the title, image, keywords, and rating.

    Hi (say person’s name)!
I’m Ben from Fiverr’s “Low Competition” department and I’m sending this unique message (response, reply, etc.) just for you!

We at the department just love your work! We especially like when you do that stuff you do that comes before the other stuff. It’s awesome!

It’s also come to our attention that you’d like help discovering some low risk competition gigs. Well, look no more. After some discussion, the team has decided to offer you some exclusive advice, for your eyes only (disregard if the recipient is blind)! All we ask in return is that you text “signmeup” to this message!

We promise not to compile your number in a jumble full of other numbers - for the sole purpose of selling this information to black market organ harvesters who definitely won’t auto call you just to see if a live person answers, every Tuesday at 2pm central time.

Anyways, here is your free list! I look forward to talking soon. And feel free to eat lots of omega-3 rich foods … not for any nefarious reasons involving white van’s with no known origin or anything.

    Lets meet soon!

Does this affect my statistics on Fiverr in adverse manner?

You are good as long as you deliver within the time range specified in the gig.
Revisions will have no effect on your (late delivery) statistics. Even if your order is late and marked as completed, it is considered a completed order.

Actually It is because of late delivery can you help me with this topic?

I guess that's a solid reason for this; the only way is probably to avoid late delivery again for a month or two and let the algo correct itself.

Hi i have design a product on fiver one year ago. And i adding the product images as my portfolio on fiverr. Now the client come to the platform and share the the second project details. And want me to remove the images from my portfolio and enforcing me to do the second project at a reduced rate(For good will/gestures and an apology to share the product images without permission) and also threatening me to take legal actions. Can you please tell me what should i do?

If a buyer purchases a "Commercial Use License" on Fiverr, the freelancer offers them a perpetual, exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the delivered delivery for Permitted Commercial Purposes.

So did the buyer purchase that, or did you give them the rights?

My very first oder on fiver was cancelled by the buyer because he was not comfortable doing business with someone from my country.. which he could have confirmed where I am from before placing his oder but instead, placed the oder and then asked me where I am from then cancelled. I am a new seller and this has affected me badly.

My second other went well and everything, buyer was satisfied with my work but he would not rate or give me a review and didn't respond when I asked to pls leave a rating or review. It has affected me. What do I do?

Keep going, friend, and you'll be rewarded as your experience and reviews grow together. with additional orders.
