This sounds more like an automated message, don't you think?

If you look in that way, It sure does sound like automated. I guess, Will need to send each line at a time, instead of the whole at once. Could you suggest a better approach?

I guess need to skip the last to parts of the sentence: "I will be replying soon, Thanks for your patience"

     And write only:

    "Hello!

Thank you so much for reaching out.

Please give me a few moment to understand your requirement. "

Then make sure if the service can be provided or not, and write accordingly.

If it can be done continue discussing about overall project and proceed with the general duration for the project and the pricing.

  2. Congrats on getting 1st order. I guess your niche is unique and the client with that exact requirement did not hesitate to contact you!!!

Getting the 1st order is crucial on Fiverr to make a good impression on the platform. And every seller should do their best performance not only on the 1st order but also treat every order like the 1st one.

Moreover, be aware of scammers out there, the platform should take proactive measures for those. Talk through in detail and if you suspect anything fishy then handle the situation strategically.

    Wish you all the best.

  4. Hello Community.

    Hope everyone is doing well.

I feel like there should be an edit option for a sent message within 5-10 minutes or such an option should be added in the chat. Where the previously sent message and the newly edited version are available to be seen. Because sometimes due to fast writing often I make typos. And it looks unprofessional. Sometimes for having a lot of messages in the inbox a message of one client accidentally gets sent to another client out of a rush.

I know it's unwise not to double-check before sending a message, but the fact is that sometimes it's also not possible to keep track and be cautious all the time.

It's a request to see if such can be possible... Also, I would love to hear from everyone about this.

    Thanks and Regards,

    Teresa

  5. DO Marketing strategically!

Since there are clicks, it indicates your gigs are being presented to buyers... I guess there is some informational issue with the gig description, update those, and change the pricing. DO experiments... But don't alter the price too much.. Wait for a time period and then update.

I hope this might come in handy

  6. Hello @tahmina257 ,

I have a few information that will help you.

Gig editing is not harmful. If your gig is not getting enough impressions like it should be it's preferable to edit your gig.

But don't make a lot of changes in the gig at once.

You have to update the gig little by little.

If you think your gig photos are not satisfactory then update it today, The next day update/change a tag and put that tag in the description. Rewrite a line in the description that will include that updated keyword.

You need to have patience and understand that the Fiverr algorithm is really complex.

So, update in a small portion at a time.

Also, try to put the updated data quickly. Make everything ready before clicking on the edit option.

I hope you will find this post beneficial.

    Best regards,

    Teresa

  7. Yes, it's a total scam.

Fiverr's clients will not ask you to join telegram, WhatsApp, or other social media, also they will not tell you that they will pay a big amount for small tasks all at the very 1st message. Don't click on links or write anything weird to these types of client messages. Fiverr's advanced System will automatically track these accounts and take care of those.

I hope this information proves to be useful to you.

    Best wishes,

    Teresa
