    Hi, after a cancelation I can't find all of my gigs in the search results its been 5 months, in this time I have finished 20+ orders with 5-star reviews, but still my gigs haven't come back on the search, will it also take more than 6 months?

    I am also facing the same problem. I am a level one seller my gigs are deranked and can't find on search, It's been almost 4 months, and some people are saying it will take 6 months to come back on search

    Does anyone know how to reset my fiver account from scratch I forgot my security question and I can't continue working if I can't withdraw since they ask the security question

    contact with customer support they will reset your security question. I also forgot my security question answer, I contacted customer support they asked some information, after I provided all information correctly they reset my security question

    PS: If you want to be safe on fiverr simply avoid cancellation, let the client know the progress of their project and deliver quality work.

    congratulation,  my gigs are also disappeared from the search for 2 month now still not come back on search I am waiting for my gigs to come back on search

    Hi

    I am a data entry operator, In my profile I offer all data entry services and all the gigs are on data entry category, Recently I have learned graphic design, and now I also want to offer graphic design services besides data entry. Will it be any problem if I create graphic design gigs besides data entry gigs? Will it be any problem if I create different categories of gigs in 1 profile?
