Yes you are right sellers should wait for the offer I suggested him pay but only condition if the task was done.As there was no offer created the buyer can pay according to his own will

Me and the buyer had some issue but we resolved the issue by communication ,meanwhile fiverr support just cancelled our order now my gig ranking order completion rate just got down which will effect my level 1 badge. Can anyone guide me through this?

Fariha upto my knowledge changing the gig image leaves a good impact and it also effect the ranking of your gig.Your gig image should be appealing so that buyer may click on it

Dont just stay online instead you can increase your rankings by optimizing the profile or gig and after optimizing just wait for at least  2-3 months .

Wait for some time complete atleast 90 days if you have already passed 90 days change your gig title,gig keywords if the gig is not being ranked.And increase your price.Hopefully this will help you.

Yes you can create multiple gigs in the same category but don't sell same services, like if you are a mobile app developer ,you can create the other gig with flutter, react-native. It means you can create the gig of sub branches but don't create the same gig of same branch again
