[My All gigs are not in search results since 1 week, any suggestions?]

My All gigs are not in search results since 1 week, any suggestions? 
I contact FIverr support and they said due to poor performance but I complete 28 order and 22 5* ratings.
So, if someone can help how to fix this issue 🙂
