[Why isn't my success score changing except to go lower?]

I'm very sad to complain about the system working against me. Because I've maintained all the metrics to grow my success rate. All of my clients are satisfied with my service and communication. So why is my success rate going down? Please review it and help me grow my success rate. If there is any fault on my side, then absolutely fine; otherwise, someone please help me.
