It seems my bank is blocked only. If there is any other Turkish citizen here that tells me which bank they are using, I would appreciate it!

I did! It doesn't state anything about that either (or there isn't a list of countries allowed / prevented).

I am so confused. Website even says we can pay with Turkish Lira but my payment is not going through..

Greetings ya all.

I tried to make a payment for a service via my credit card in Turkey but it just doesn't go through. My bank states that it is the country that is preventing payment. Is that true?
