[Repeated Buyers Talking About Payment Outside Directly]

Sometimes, some repeated buyers ask to take payments outside of Fiverr. Every time, I refuse and inform them that it's not allowed according to Fiverr's Terms of Service.

However, will this affect my account in the future? Should I contact customer support and inform them?

[I REMOVED MY PAYONEER ACCOUNT FROM MY FIVERR BY MISTAKE]

I accidentally removed my Payoneer account from my Fiverr account. It was not intentional. Now, I am trying to add my Payoneer account back to my Fiverr account, but I am facing difficulty doing so. Whenever I try to add my Payoneer account, I receive an error message as shown in the attached image. I don't have any other Payoneer account. I contacted customer support, but there is no response. What should I do?
