My response rate was 1 hour. Now for some reason my response rate increases into 11 hour. Now I am trying to response within few minutes. So I want to know, when will my response rate come into 1 hour or less?

I actually using Chrome. and I have 2 profiles in Chrome for different Gmail. suppose, in my 1 Chrome profile I am using VPN for visiting other websites. in the same time I am logging in to Fiverr using another Chrome profile. At the same time, I am using VPN in a Chrome profile. and another Chrome profile I am logging in to Fiverr that doesn't have ON a VPN. So,  have any problem with Fiverr for this activity?

I am new to Fiberr. I haven't verified my account yet. I am under 18. That's why I have to verify my elder brother's NID. But my picture is present in my account. So will there be any problem if I have my picture while doing account verification?
