    Fiverr usually sends templated responses, but when you kindly correct them and give them the details, they will usually take another look at your request.

    Thank you for replying! I made it yesterday but still wait for the response. Maybe I’ll make another request for the support and describe everything even more detailed. Hopefully it will help:)

  2. Hello guys! This is my old post and the problem I had.

    My account was banned for 3 months after I wrote to the support, but several days ago they wrote me that I can withdraw money.

    I still don’t have the button for withdraw, because the support didn’t change the country (Russia). So I’m stuck again with this problem and honestly I don’t know what to do.

    All the history will be in screenshots so hopefully it will be understandable what’s going on. The support doesn’t answer me and I’m afraid that anyway I’ll lost money.

    tell me please maybe i misunderstood something from the support message and it’s my mistake?

    Update: 
    When I open your profile, it says Russia. 
    If you are not there anymore, you need to log out from your account, log in again (it will update your location).
    After that, contact customer support, and they will change the country in your profile.

    Wow, that sounds like a really good solution for this case! Thank you very much! 
    This is what I see when I check payment methods. I hope they will be shown after I change the location 😅

  4. Hello! Most recently, I asked why I lost the money withdrawal buttons. Still, I decided to contact support and now I'm afraid of losing money.

    The fact is that I am Ukrainian and used my Ukrainian card (through a payoneer) and I have never had any problems with withdrawing money.
    I had to come to Moscow for a couple of months and this was probably the reason for "disabling the withdrawal buttons". Is this possible even if you are Ukrainian and used your Ukrainian card but on the territory of russia? Is it possible to be banned for this? And how do I withdraw the remaining money from the site?

    I'm sorry to write here this, but I'm very worried about telling details to the support, because I'm afraid of blocking the account at all

  5. Today I wanted to withdraw money, but I noticed that all payout methods disappeared. What could it be and how to fix it? 
    I tried to change the screen resolution to fix it, but it didn't help. Previously, I had no problems withdrawing money from paypal and payoneer
