[Level 1 seller gigs are not showimg on searching]

Hello All. I was working great on fiverr since 4 months. I am a level 1 seller, suddenly since a week all my gigs are not appearing while searching. All my impression and clicks falled drastically. Please help me to solve this issue. I contacted customer support they replied my gigs are active. Please help
