[Complete my referals ID on my pc]

Hello Dear,

     If someone wants to work on fiverr , I send him referral code and he  joins fiverr through my referral code. Now may I complete his  profile by using my PC? He will work on fiverr through his own mobile or PC. I just complete his ID through my PC.

Is it legal or allow on fiverr?
