  1. I was invited for promoted gig, and tried to use it but it says - " we've waitlisted you for promoted gig "

Why was I invited in the in the first place if It won't work? am I missing something?

How can I get over this? this is the second time I got this invite.

    Thanks.

    Keep dreaming.

You, try not to be active for about a week or more then, you'll realize what you didn't believe. Remember fiverr is a business and there's no room for ghosting. fiverr only need active and consistent seller.
My advice for New sellers, make keyword research and implement on your gig as there are shift in keyword and tag ranking on a daily, weekly and monthly interval.
Overall be active on your account. not being active is more unlike being dead.

I went for the platform I use for the client project and it got added. since then, Its been on pending.

    What's the logic behind that?

The logic is... inactiveness on the platform result in poor performance of your shop-gig

assuming your gig is on page 1, you could find such gig behind considering not the level of your achievement.

If a seller keeps their stats at 90% or more, they would not have to worry about their evaluation day. And how on earth would being inactive on Fiverr on evaluation day help with a seller's evaluation outcome?

They believe that... when they're inactive, they will escape they negative reward that comes along the line.

the thing is... they're not sure of themselves. hence, they then not to be active not knowing inactive on the platform results to poor performance of their shop.

  7. Most or all fiverr seller take evaluation day as a judgement day and say often not to be active on the platform...

    ...on the specify day.

What's your experience and take when it comes to fiverr evaluation day?

    Happy Evaluation Day!

That's a great use case for chat gpt, actually. Not that it would help you or people like you, but that you wouldn't bore people with your inane drivel. The machine can't get bored.

Your response just showed the kind of person you are.

Thanks anyway. I got value and correction.

I will also have to disagree on saying 'most' are cancelled. It's just not something we can say for sure unless we are keeping track (and most established sellers don't, I bet.) I guess you can observe it in forums and stuff but even then, that is an incorrect statement for sure.

BUT I think it's universal. Fiverr has started (from what we can tell) using some sort of ways to see if new profiles pass or not. I'm not quite aure if it's a quality assessment or just a quick plagiarism detector (or IP address check / etc.) but I think ultimately the goal is vetting out new people who have little talent and try to sell things you can do yourself for free for x times the price (for example logo design templates that you can make online instead of making them themselves and so on.)

It's going to change things for sure but will definitely be a slow process.

Thanks for the responsible response. the platform is confusing nowadays especially when it comes down to understanding and observing how their algorithm work.

ever since Fiverr changed her system, it somehow hard to predict things unlike before.

Not sure about the goal you mentioned could be a reason, there are funny and easy to do service here on fiverr. what do you have to say about them?

from my observation some month gone, the account I had seen on medias, from colleagues that got disapproved are those that published their first gig in competitive field and otherwise as of recent - which actually got me curious.

You say "most." How are you able to gather this sort of insight into the hundreds of thousands of gigs that would have suffered that fate? Do you mean each time you make one it disappears?

Thanks Mr wise. even gpt understood better

  11. Why are most new to be fiverr account disapproved nowadays?

I observed that when a newly established fiverr account has a gig published on it, in some minutes time...

such account is emailed with disapproval message.

Is it only Nigeria account encountering this ?

It not necessary that you use your primary/main keyword in your gig tittle even after your gig tags.

in that picture it says that ✔️you can't use any special character in your gig tittle .( #   @   &  *  !  + = ..... etc. those symbol are call as special character)

✔️ you can use capital / small letter or mix ,it doesn't matter

✔️ finally it suggest fiverr keyword research feature to find suitable keyword for your gig .

Thanks and best of luck 🙂

I still doesn't get that because - if it's not necessary to use primary keywords in gig tags after been used in the title, how is it possible to rank higher when search for in the marketplace?

Even though, fiverr suggested professionalism in title and tags, that doesn't count at all in the settings of ranking in other to be visible to those in search of ones service - my observation so far working on the platform.

Besides, the attachment doesn't only referred that special character would be ignored. " Duplicated terms is mentioned as well ".

Saying - Terms that probably appears repeatedly maybe in the gig title or tag - say maybe "two keys in the gig tags or title" or "one key in title and similar key in tag" would be ignored.

    Who knows what that's saying?

To conclude, you can just place your keywords in dominated niche knowing it'd take forever to rank not to talk of getting jobs.

Question for you: Does it makes sense (title)?...  "I will Wix website redesign" 🤔

Also what is it > "I will wix website redesign wix website design wix website wix" (You have created a gig using this title 😳)

So I think that it is recommended you to do research first before creating any gig!

    Thanks for notifying!

To be frank with you, when it comes to fiverr settings, non of that count neither to fiverr nor the buyer in need of ones service. Can't imagine fiverr gave out the principle - making gig title unique and professional. But with the look of things in her marketplace, almost all sellers using this kind of title are ranking, selling massively non stop.

This shows fiverr algorithm doesn't care about that neither does the buyer care about that...

Who cares about how it sounds to the hearing?😂

I'd like to view your shop as well to see how well it's established 😏

  14. I observed the content which you'd see in the attachment below about gig search. it's like an updated info. in the gig creation space.

Though it's has been some days I observed that. Just got a question on that and I'd like to have answer from community members.

    It stated,

Fiverr’s algorithm will associate terms you enter here with your Gig, and will showcase your Gig to potential buyers using these terms in their searches.

    QUESTION

Does that mean the keyword I use in the gig title must be similar to that of gig tags?

    E.g.

Gig title - I will Wix website redesign

tag - wix website redesign or wix or wix redesign or website redesign.
