    My desktop is broken. Now I want to do desktop work with my laptop I mean graphic designing is it at all possible because, I previously used a Fiverr account for my laptop which I no longer use

      To be honest I wouldn't recommend using your active account in your laptop in case you used another Fiverr account there, you will then have two accounts and Fiverr may suspend your account

    Even after I told my ISP, again and again, he kept giving me share IP instead of real IP hoping for his profit now is there any chance of banning my Fiverr account due to this? Because as far as I know there are a few other people around me who are Fiverr sellers so what should I do now?
