[Is there any way to ascertain the veracity of a buyer's (or their agent's) identity?]

I've gotten an offer to make a bid on a job, but I cannot verify the identity of the person she wanted me to reply to.  They are not the same person.  I'm very new to Fiverr, and can't seem to locate a way to search for and verify the identity of the individual to whom I am supposed to reply.  I would love to make an offer, but am not sure how to confirm that this is legitimate.

Please forgive me if this is asked and answered, I did a search but was unsuccessful in the search for this info.
