[Facing problem by submitting request on fiverr]

Sir, I am facing problem while submitting offer to buyer on Fiverr. "Something went wrong try again later " this appears at the bottom of screen. Due to this I can't submit a offer to buyer that's why I can't earn money.kindly resolve this problem and reply me soon as possible.
