Those are impressive! Just a thought... Did you hand-draw all of those elements on each picture yourself? Is there a small chance that a copyrighted asset snuck in? I any are purchased, perhaps they didn't come with commercial rights?

Unfortunately, I think it's probably that these images are elsewhere online, so they assume theft. If someone else copied your Patreon images and posted them with a false claim that they are theirs instead (people do this kind of thing all the time), Fiverr may not be able to tell who is the real owner.

I made all this with a software (that others on fiverr also use, so its not an issue). I have full ownership of all the images I provide, and there are no assets I've used that I do not have right to.
They might be elsewhere online, as they are published on my Patreon and Pinterest. Regardless, fiverr should ask me to provide proof of ownership, instead of just shutting me out of their platform.

  2. Well, I've contacted support for the 3rd time, and they refuse to even give me an idea of what's wrong. They say my first account has been permanently deactivated, with no possibility of reactivation, despite me providing proof. My second account has been deemed unsuitable for a seller profile, despite the high quality of work I provide (examples attached below).

These are all my creations which I provide in competitive prices (between 30$ to 150$ for larger projects).

Also, there's no indication that my second account violates the term of service, nor did fiverr claim it did. They simply refused me to host my creations here. I will be most likely moving to a more professional platform. Thanks everyone for your inputs.

Well we are only sellers so we can share opinions and nothing more.

Fiverr expects you to add only samples specific to Fiverr,  so I assumed your samples or images were duplicate to what you had on your website. Since you didn't say that's your website or anything else, I can only assume Fiverr thought it was plagiarism. It might be anything else, who knows.

I am mostly annoyed at Fiverr's customer support. Simply refusing me their services, with no added reason as to why this happened seems very hostile and unprofessional to me. I would at least like a reason.

In the support ticket attach the source files for your images that you used on the gig, explain to them that you created the images that they thought you copied and that you have attached the source files for proof, and ask that they can then approve the gig/profile.

Thanks for the recommendation, however, that account has been disabled with no possibility of reactivation. There was not even a dispute or request from fiverr to provide those informations. They just disabled it without the possibility to get it back. Now I made a new one, and they aren't approving my seller profile. I do provide a high quality product and have many commissions monthly. I would just like to know why my profile is not accepted and if I can do something to remedy this.

  5. I am a legit creator with years of experience in what I do (cartography-map making). I have a legit business and provide a high-quality product with many satisfied commissioners. For some reason, Fiverr refuses to allow me to use their service and refuses to tell me why. Contacting customer "support" did nothing but repeat to me the email with no added information. I'd like to know why my seller profile was not approved and what can I do to make it approved.
