I, Accidentally submitted the wrong rating for a buyer. I wanted to leave 5 stars but left 4 by accident. But I really want to give him 5 stars. is there any way to fix this?

Hello everyone,
recently im facing a problem with my response rate. My average response rate is 1 hour. i don't get that much new buyer messages, but when I get i try to reply so fast.
but recently i have noticed that without getting any new buyer messages my response rate is decreasing day by day. Every 2/3 days my response is decreasing 1 %. i lost my level Two for this response rate issue.
i checked my spam messages. there is no such message in the spam folder. even i do not have any unread messages.
can anyone please help me with this?

Some days ago, Suddenly i saw "Fiverr" writing in kind of a Bold letter under all of my Gigs. And after some days its totally disappear from every gigs.
