Yes, it is. But It means not that it will remain same. To rank your gig in first page you have to promote your gig.

Please check carefully weather you are breaking Fiverr's TOS or not. Otherwise, it wouldn't be happened.

Actually, Fiverr has stopped the buyer request feature and they introduced the new feature of Buyer Brief instead of Buyer request. Though it is not available to everyone yet, but it will be gradually.

Though brief feature is not updated yet in my profile but as far I know that to avail this feature you have to on your get brief option. This feature will update gradually.

Fiverr is going to introduce new feature called Buyer Brief instead of Buyer request. Now it is running on trial base but today or tomorrow buyer request will be eliminated.

There might be many reasons. To rank your gig, first of all you must have to follow Fiverr's guidelines. Your gig must have to be attractive, need to use proper tag, meta tags. You have to do SEO of your gig images as well. Other then you have to do promotion of your gig in various social media. If you do so no doubt your gig will rank.

Nothing will happen. If your client asks discount, then you can customize your offer price. By customizing you can increase or decrease your offer price.

Please check out your internet connection carefully. Sometimes it happens due to slow internet connection. Then refresh your browser. I hope it will work.

If your gig is very new, then it's better to wait a few days. If you are getting enough impressions and clicks, then your gig will come forward. If it so, then you have to understand that your gig is ok but if it does not happen then you should check your gig carefully whether it is ok or not and you have to find out the reason why it is not ranking.
