    Please contact support@fiverr.com.

You have a strong case here, that's your only cancelled order, and it should not affect your rates. If they generically respond to you, write here and I will try to convince them to fully analyse your case

    Thanks

  2. On September 24, 2023, a buyer mistakenly placed an order at my gig. 1 minute after placing the order, the buyer cancels the order. After canceling the order, I received a notification from Fiverr, the notification said that this cancellation will not have any impact on my gig. But in the new update of Fiverr, I saw that my success score has decreased because of the order cancellation. And my gig is not ranking.

I completed the order 8/9 after canceling this order. All orders were rated 5*. But did not see any improvement in the gig. Hoping for a solution from an experienced how can I my gig success score now?

The algorithm does not give you a rise of impressions.
When your performance is good enough, the algorithm “might” put you higher in the search results. The impressions come from the buyers searching for services

Improve your performance.  Maybe other sellers perform better than you.  There is a lot of competition in the “WordPress” business.

    Thanks for your kind words.

  4. Hey community. I received 5 orders from a buyer from December 31 to January 6. And on every order, I earn 5*. And every order was in the medium price range. As far as I know, the Fiverr algorithm is supposed to increase my gig impressions. But in my case, the opposite is happening. Impressions are decreasing instead of increasing. Now, what can I do about it?

    Please Help.

WRONG! Staying active or being online does not help you at all. This myth is spread by sellers who lack knowledge about how Fiverr works.

I really appreciate you clarifying this point. It's good to have accurate information about how Fiverr actually operates. Thanks for sharing your knowledge and helping us all make more informed decisions.

Hey man! I would personally try out and test out new thumbnails every few days and see how that performs, at least thats what I'm doing and I see sometimes I get more views/clicks than other days

Also, you want to showcase what you are capable of. If you have before after videos, or if you can post a link to a site that you have optimised, that will help.

Also, one thing worth mentioning maybe is that you are a new seller, and you are willing to work at a discounted rate to show what you can do. I live by the rules, you need to give before you get.

Ask your friends if they need help with optimising a website, then you can use that as previous experience

Wish you the best of luck!

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your insights and tips. I really appreciate your suggestions about testing new thumbnails and showcasing my capabilities through before-after videos or linking to optimized sites.
