Thanks for your input. I'll take a closer look tomorrow to see if I have to 'transfer' my existing Gigs. Appears quite an unnecessary admin activity on the face of it..

Thanks for your response. I don't have anything in the email that refers to account amanagers or additonal steps for onboarding. The only other thing in the email is the standard footer.

I had an email from the Fiverr team that I have been approved for Pro. But looking at my profile the change in unclear, i.e. there is no indicator to suggest I now have a Pro profile. It says '..following categories..' but there are o categories listed?? (For context, my specialism is 'cybersecurity')
