[Queue orders]

Hi hop you all are good . I am having a simple issue. Can any one tell me where to see how many orders i have in my queue. As my client is saying he has placed a new order but i didn't got any notification so

tried to but still no responce

i am trying to withdraw money from my available balance but withdrawal options are disabled. i have used it earlier but nothing like that happened then
