  1. Early payout is based on daily eligibility and is not guaranteed unless you have a top rated badge. Sellers Plus is 48 turn around on payouts. It happens to me every once in a while and I get booted to 48 hours turn time and then it goes back within a day or 2 after I close out a bunch of orders.  ( am a pathetic level 4 but am still getting tons of orders despite the new ratings and eligible for early payout.

    I'll update this now that the month is over so you can see how much promotions help. I spent $250 in promotions and total sales off those promotions was $3126.  It is worth every penny despite the 20% they also take.

    You are incorrect here. I am a USA based seller and this is happening to me. This has nothing to do with where we are located.

    All I am saying is that the last week I have received 20 orders despite having a success score of 4. On the 14th, all my orders came to a hault and I was only receiving one or 2 here and there for about 2 weeks. This last week, I had a spike in orders out of the blue.  However it might be from my monthly promo I offer where I get 10% off for first time buyers and that was available of the 1st, I sold all 10 of those promotions real fast.  I also promote my listings. These are features that I will lose if I maintain a level 0 as of the 14th though. So I have no clue at this point.

    I am a level 2 with success score of a 4 as well, I was barely receiving any orders for about 2 weeks however I received like 20 within this last week, 1 even being fiverrs choice award. None of this makes sense.

    I'm sure it was 95 or 96 a few days ago...? I guess I'm not the only one.  I know its not that much of a big deal but still mildly annoying I guess.

    My response rate has been all over the place too, it will be 98% then later that day it will be 96%, then next day go back.

    Curious, how recent have you received those awards? Did they stop in October? Mine did, however I randomly received one yesterday.

    Exactly! If my rating went from a 5 to 4.9, then why is my success score a 4... Yet I am being told my success score is no longer at level 2 level because of private reviews. So it docks my reviews by .1 however I dropped to a level 0... All I can do is laugh. I legit got a fiverrs choice award order yesterday. Guess a success score of 4 is deserving of that LOL!

    They said "Research shows that 4.9 stars are more trustworthy" But I'm not a 4.9 stars owner. I'm a 5-star owner. This is not trustworthy for my customers. This is a falsehood!

    Keep your head up! It is happening to all of us, but I definitely understand where you are coming from and the frustrations.

    Oh they do, they just don't care.  Nothing should have been rolled out until all bugs were fixed, this should have been done behind the scene so it didn't affect everyone's mental health.

  11. Can somebody please look at mine and let me know if I am showing 4.9 publicly? I am showing 5 when I look.

    Also I would like to add, I have a lovely 4 success score, however I just got a Fiverrs Choice award order like 10 minutes ago haha!  This is madness and all I can do is laugh about it at this point.

    Your gig listing photos are key as well as your profile and portfolio. If you are going to market to people as luxury then your brand has to be luxury as well.  Your current listing photos do not give that appeal.

    This is happening to many of us across the board. I am in the same exact boat as you however I have 1800 past orders, 5 star review rating and am losing about $5K a month.

    Support doesn't say anything except a repeated script about that I must improve myself and I don't know wy someone like me alll ratings is 5 stars to be stopped and I really don't know how to improve myself better

     

    Few days and my repeat buyers will stop ordering because their orders are finishing and My problem that I totally depend on Fiverr as its the only marketplace that has my job on it

    I really don't know what to do or why that is happening to me 

    Sadly I think this is happening to a ton of us. I am trying to not take it personally but it so hard not too. Just know you are not alone. I feel the same exact way and don't know how I can possibly improve.  I got the best review of my 10 year career yesterday, see attached... Sadly a review like this won't do anything for my score, however 1 negative private survey and we are put on restriction for months. Its not even logical and it seems like they want absolute perfection out of us and don't take the positive factors into play at all. Nobody can convince me that I get negative private reviews from buyers that leave 5-star reviews publicly.

    Client Satisfaction is somehow STRONG NEGATIVE IMPACT even tho all my recent reviews are 5-stars 🙂

    I do not trust that they evaluate the scores well enough, they are sabotaging theirselves.

    Yes I agree, they are sabotaging themselves & I think they know it and are scrambling to fix it.

    So frustrating. I am trying to stay motivated but it is so discouraging. But yes we are all in the same boat, which gives me hope that a bug needs to be fixed. I do know that the cancellation rate is not calculating properly, my CS manager confirmed that & said they are working to get it fixed before March 14th. So if that is not calculating properly, who is to say that there is not any other bugs with the system.

So I can only imagine they are covering a year's span with the success score. Until now I think there were 2 years. With more lower reviews coming from the review system within the past months, I can see why the success score is lower for some people. It's the only explanation that makes sense.

    My gig that is a 9 is still a 9, my highest performing gig with all 5 star reviews went from 4 to 3, despite me receiving 8- 5 star reviews in 7 days.

  19. How is your score as of today? Mine dropped down to a 3 despite receiving multiple 5 stars in the last week. I am also a level 2 seller with tons of 5 star reviews.

    I found that I am completely removed from search and I found that the reason is that my success score is 5 , 

     

    I honestly don't know why my success score is 5 and I contacted support ut there is nothing to do, although I have 75 % repeat buyers who pay a lot of tips and most of clients return back .

     

    I am now removed completely from search and I may go back a rank next evaluation in march, 

     

    I need to know does the success score, will be reset bases on the past 60 days same as other metrics or not ?

     

    Also I need to know if I removed my Gigs and started new fresh Gig with same service, will that reset my success score as it is based on Gig performance not my profile?

  20. I am a level 2 with over 1100+ 5 star review. I have made over 100k in 2 years on Fiverr. However my success score which has been a 4 the last week, dropped to a fricken 3 overnight. I have received 8 (5) star reviews in the last 7 days, closed out 16 orders in last 7 days. Yet 6 of my gigs, went from a 4 to a 3. It does not even make sense.

    Anyone else seeing the score get worse and not better?
