What if seller refuses to cancel via the resolution center? He deadline to finish the illustrations for my book is Sept 5 but I've only recieved one completed illustration so I highly doubt she'll finish the entire book on time. Also her response time is horrible. I just want my money credited but she refuses to cancel and keeps begging me for more chances.
