I encountered the same issue and requested assistance from Fiverr support. They informed me that being a "vetted-seller" is required in order to create a Gig in that specific category. Here's the link to the "vetted-seller" application form:

In the form, you'll notice that you must specify your previous professional work samples.  But I don't know what to do if Fiverr is the only workplace where you deliver professional projects.  In such situation, you cannot submit previous projects and become a vetted seller. That's weird.

I believe that it can only be initiated from the seller's side, if it is not a business buyer.

I am also not sure if it is available for every seller. You will find it as a little video button on the chat box.

As for using other means, the conversation cannot be tracked—it should be counting as contact outside of Fiverr.

The best way to make sure is to contact customer support.

As far as I remember, zoom call is only available within order page.
