It's probably spam messages from scammers I have been receiving a lot of spam text trying to get me contact to them in "tele Gr@m" = telegram. If you want to read those message you can check your email too. I have attached my experience below. If the messages are not something like this then it must be some issue in the fiverr

This is probably cause of high competitions here. The buyer will have lots of sellers to choose from they are not obligated to buy from a specific seller. As from a sellers perspective all the sellers would like to sell more and in order to beat the competition in fiver they sell for lower price than their competitors. That's the basic logic behind low prices
