Yes, those are just using bot to spam on Fiverr buyer request and Fiverr algo also so handy. Algo delete them within 30 minutes (confirmed)

If you open those link you will see lot of redirections and at the end you will be land on adult site or another scamming site. 

Stay safe and better not open those links until you have any better antivirus installed on your computer (except linux).
