He disappeared from search because he got many negative public reviews (which are an indicator of his private reviews). This will cause his gigs to disappear from search results. So he shouldn't contact CS, because CS can't improve his performance. Only he can.

Rather than getting orders and reviews (he currently has 9 in queue), the seller should work on improving the quality of his service. If buyers are saying that his turnaround and communication is slow and that he has errors in the delivery, that is what he should work on. It doesn't help getting more orders and more customer reviews if the quality isn't there. Negative private reviews can affect a sellers account for 60-180 days, so we want to avoid those.

And it looks like @mathisha_m is working on his quality because the last three reviews were awesome. 😊 As long as he consistently delivers great service and keeps his customers happy, he can turn around his performance and his gig will be shown more in search.

yeah, and the buyer who posted last bad reviews ordered from me again after i told the situation, thanks for you ideas ma'am, appreciate it :)

I actually just checked your gig. It's not just ONE bad review.

Fiverr tracks the buyer satisfaction rate for the past 3 to 6 months. You have 5 bad reviews in the past few months, so it's easy too see why they removed you from search. It will take a significant amount of time to get back. You can't just make buyers unhappy and hope nothing happens. Even a single bad private review from an order that has a good public review can help. Let alone 5 bad reviews within the past few months...

yep! i should wait and see

That's not the case. It depends if the buyer left a bad private review. And also, even if the other orders had a great public review, that doesn't mean the private review was a positive one. I had this happen to me and only received a single bad review during the entire year. Yet my Fiverr contact told me people leave reviews wildly different privately than what they said publicly. So it took me almost half a year to get back on track. Fiverr has a system called the buyer satisfaction rate, and those private review heavily affect that. The BSR is used for ranking gigs, and it's tracked anywhere from 3 to 6 months, as per my Fiverr success manager. So no, a few reviews will not help. It takes A LOT of time.

thanks for the information sir, you replied to my all threads in here, appreciate it :) :)

It is, but read the complaints carefully (lack of communication, very very very late deliveries, making up excuses instead of telling the truth) and improve your service.

And keep in mind that it's not only about whether the end product has mistakes or not. Communication and on-time deliveries count, too.

yeah bro, lesson learned, im doing this while im studying for my AL exams, didn't able to balanced the two sides well :(

They have three 1-star and one 2-star reviews in the past month.

The two-star review is from a buyer that is claiming that they broke ToS.

@mathisha_m, you have to be honest with yourself and see how you can improve. Otherwise, it may be super hard to make a comeback.

ooh that review, it just a one spelling mistake), not for all clips, she realized it after and already place an another order :) but its my mistake 100% i just wanna know is it possible to make a comeback from this gig :/

Due to three 1* reviews, your performance and buyer satisfaction rates have been dropped. That's why your gig was pushed back in the search results. You can get back to track if you start delivering your orders on time.

And, this is not end yet. Work on improving quality of your services/work and deliver everything on time.

    Good Luck.

    thanks ma'am,

  7. I had really tough time past few weeks, and im doing fiverr with my studies, story is, i couldn't able to deliver three orders (from one buyer) on time, therefore he left a three- one star reviews, after this, my gig's and account's overall ratings went down to 4.9, and i couldn't find my gig in search result, is this the end of my fiverr carrier through this account or if there any possibilities to recover my gig after several months( i can get orders and ratings from my regular clients btw) share your experience and thoughts please :)

  8. nothing will happen, just use the unavailable option, i used it when i had my AL exam, I put my Fiverr account unavailable through a whole month and after you make it to the available option, your gig will move to where it placed before you put the unavailable option, and you can continue working same as previous on Fiverr, this is my experience :)

This is the second topic you are creating.

I am not sure if this is to showcase you have a ton of orders or to self-promote, but a lot of people barely have 1-2 orders and they are way back.

As I told you in that other topic you created, either you had a bad private review, or Fiverr pushed you back because you have a lot of orders. The system is made to provide everyone with a change. I think with 20+ orders you already had your chance, so Fiverr is most likely offering others the opportunity to show their skills.

I still don't understand WHY you have to create yet another topic regarding the same thing. I already told you the reasons why you were pushed back, most likely.

absolutely no sir, I'm always thinking about this because is Fiverr is the only income I have at that time :/ and another thing, i edited gig tag but the there like same words to previous one , will it effect to my ranking negatively when Fiverr decided to rank up my gig ?

Well impressions don't mean anything. Clicks matter, they show how many people actually click on your gig.

You have 19 orders, have you thought maybe that's why Fiverr pushed you back, so others can receive an order too???

It's either that, or the fact you might have received a bad private review, those things can push you back considerably.

but my all buyers were totally satisfied with the delivery, do you have any experience with this sir?

You said you replied, but not what you replied.

Say "thank you for your order, you said to DM you for the requirements. What are they? I can't start until I have everything needed to do the work."

I will caution you: brace yourself for the possibility that you might have to cancel. I know this is the first order you've gotten, but if you can't do the work, or if the Buyer doesn't actually have work for you, you won't have any choice.

no ma'am, this is my 115th order, he texted again with a TikTok video link, its 14 seconds and, it's about launching a new crypto coin, I already complained to the custom care, lets see
