My question is, Can I talk in Bengali or Hindi with any Bangladeshi client or Indian client on Fiber? 

 He was looking for a graphic designer, so I texted him in Bengali in his inbox, he replied to me, then what happened, I don't know, I can't reply to him and I can't see his profile.  please see the image
