  1. I hope everyone is doing well.

As you all know, when we navigate to "My Business" -> "Gigs" -> and click on any gig from a Fiverr seller profile, it opens the gig performance stats. If we filter the performance by the "Click" filter, it shows how many clicks the gig received each day. I am interested in understanding how this click counting mechanism actually works.

A few weeks ago, I started sharing my star gig on social media platforms to attract more potential clients, considering that my gig has a decent number of reviews, which could help build trust in my service.

To be more specific, I shared my gig via the Meta Ads service and added the "Share my gig" URL to the CTA button of my Meta Ad. After running the ad for a few days, I observed that I was receiving 20-30 clicks on the URL of my gig. However, when I opened the "Gig Performance" tab for that gig and filtered it by "Clicks," it didn't register those clicks on my gig, showing only 1-2 clicks for the days when I actually received 20-30 confirmed clicks by sharing it on social media.

My question is whether gig clicks are only counted from people who have a Fiverr account and are logged in, or if there is a specific mechanism for counting gig clicks. I am unsure if I have explained my question clearly.

Please let me know if you didn't understand my question.

How much maximum daily budget limit have you ever set for promoting your gigs? And how much return did you get on your investment?

Also, What CPC cap you set for promotion at that time?

I believe it all depends on your gig quality, market sentiments, and Fiverr algorithm as well. I remember when I promoted my gig for the very first time, I set a daily budget of 5$ and after spending 3$, I got my first order of 200$(which I completed) from using promoting gig feature.

A few days ago, I promoted my gig again for the 2nd time as I don't usually promote my gig due to I got repeated clients. This time, again after spending I guess 3$ with a daily budget of 5$, I got 220$ order and completed it as well.

But after a few days of that, I am not getting impressions nor clicks on the promoted gig. Don't know how their algo works, but yes it is worth the amount and I think you should go with 50%-60$ on daily budget as ultimately you will get the fruit for it. I will be doing the same now onwards.

  3. It happened to me a few days ago and it got fixed by contacting support.

First of all, check if your gig is active by going to Fiverr Help(https://fiverr.zendesk.com/hc/en-us)->Submit a request->Selling on Fiverr->Gigs->Gig status.

It will show you the status of your gig instantly. If the gig is active and you meet the requirements for promoting gig, contact Fiverr support and tell them that you meet the requirements to promote gig but still getting the ineligibility notice. They will fix it.

I got two of those last week. And when I went to look at my gig, sure enough, it had a Fiverr’s Choice badge.

So, I think it means that gigs that Fiverr in all of their wisdom have deemed worthy are possibly promoted and given the “Fiverr Choice” badge. And they want us to know that the order we received was because of our badge and placement. Maybe? I could not find it on the main site. But my friend @lloydsolutions is super good at finding articles explaining such things. I think she is sleeping now, but maybe she will enlighten us when she returns to the Forum in the morning.

I also received a Fiverr's choice order today, but when I opened my gig, there was no such badge there. Any clue?

  6. Hello Fiverr commuunity,

Basically I turned to Level 1 seller last month, and after that I am not getting inquiries on my gigs. Before that everything was good and even my gigs were getting good impressions and clicks. I delivered all of my orders with 100% client's satisfaction and all of them left me full star reviews. But when I turned to Lv. 1, my gigs started getting less impressions and I am not getting inquiries.

So now I am thinking to promote my gigs through social media. I need suggestion on how can I promote my gig and which platforms are suitable for that. As I am a web developer and I don't have much information on marketing.

Your replies are much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

the review usually stays. However, because of the issues @imagination7413 mentioned the buyer could go to CS and complain that you are not providing the unlimited revisions as stated in you gig and CS could allow them to change the review.

Reword your gig to clarify your boundaries and STOP offering unlimited revisions. CS has supported buyers who have asked for revisions months later.

    Updates:

The review didn't get removed when I block that buyer. One thing to mention, I didn't offer unlimited revisions or something like that as I sent her a custom offer for her job that does not contain unlimited revisions. The buyer placed an order and I fulfulled my job and the buyer was completely satisfied with it.

After a month, the buyer appeared from somewhere and starts texting me in inbox to add this feature, add that and so on. So, first to build a good relationship with buyer, I did some of the work and didn't charge her. But then she started asking for more stuff without agreeing to pay. So that's why I had to block her to keep my workspace clean and beneficial for both seller/buyer and not just for buyer. Again, I didn't offer unlimited revisions now everything is fine. Review is still there. Thanks everyone for guidance. Your comments means a lot and provides a lot of knowledge.

However, I read the @imagination7413 reply and doesn't understand why you are unable to get what my gigs are offering. I mean even the their titles explain it all as the are so simple and self-explainatory. The descriptions contains a some details about the gig, my experice and what are the stuff I use whlie doing the job which I offer in gig title. Your suggestions will be much appreciated.

  8. Bro, the most important thing in my point of view is that make sure you have enough knowledge about the skill which you are offering so that you can compete with other players in the game(sellers).

If you have basic knowledge, you will mostly send buyer requests to common issues and those have to most requests. So you, as a new dev will never come into the spotlight as buyers trust sellers that have some percious work unless therir task is technical and there are not much seller offers.
