They must have asked you to wait for 60 days or something like that. Have they?

Yes, and they've not reached out/followed up since. I find it aggravating that something I didn't do is putting my business on hold for potentially three months.

On the Forum, no one can help you with your account-related issue.

Only solution is to contact Fiverr Support. But try to avoid creating multiple tickets/requests regarding your issue. One ticket/request is enough to do that.

Unfortunately each time I try to contact support, my ticket automatically gets ''solved'' because my account is under review. I don't know how to get ahold of support since there is no number listed for Fiverr.

  3. For context, two months ago I received a warning for ''feedback boosting.'' This was my first warning on the platform in six+ years of working as a freelancer and I had no idea what I had done wrong. I contacted support multiple times and they mentioned that a specific order had violated their terms. I attempted to find the order to review what I had done wrong, but was unsuccessful. After reviewing the terms of service and other posts regarding this kind of warning, I assumed I had mentioned the term ''review'' or ''5-star'' to one of my clients and the system must've chalked it up as me ''asking for a review'' or ''influencing the client.'' I was thankful to had only received a warning and to have not been suspended, so I moved on and was awaiting the expiration of the first warning on June 10th of this year, summarizing the experience as a mistake on my part.

Then, three days ago, I open the app on mobile to see that I had once again been warned (my second warning) for what I assumed to be the same issue (feedback boosting?) even though I had not, to the best of my knowledge, mentioned any term that would influence a client or count as influencing a review (ie. ''5-star'' or ''please review'' etc.) and I still had no idea how I was breaking the rule, which quickly frustrated me as this was effecting my livelihood and passion. I was then signed out of my account and put under review, all in the span of an hour, and lost immediate access to my account, which was continuing to grow in terms of popularity and I was close to achieving a top-rated seller status. I have now lost my level-two ranking and my account has been flagged for quote ''a severe violation'' which I was not given any kind of explanation for. I reached out to the official support line three times and was ''automatically solved'' each time, unsuccessfully reaching any kind of real support.

I've been a valuable member of the Fiverr community for six years in both the selling and buying fields which can be seen on my profile. I've never had any kind of negative experience on the site until now and, as a freelancer who does this because voiceover work is his passion, it is upsetting to see I cannot participate. My clients are reaching out wondering why I ''blocked them'' because my gig is no longer available. I, once again, had no intention of breaking any kind of rule and I have no clue on how to move forward with my dream job. I'd just like another chance and I don't know how to get it.
