[Gig is not ranking from last 6 months and promotion option is also unavailable from the last 6 months]

I'm facing a similar challenge.

My gig isn't ranking and this is very unusual because I've gotten all 5 star reviews but I'll like to know if a buyer drops a private negative reviews how can you the seller see or read it.?

Hello everyone I just noticed that my Gig stopped appearing in search results because my impressions and clicks dropped drastically within 2-3days from 4k to just barely 100 impressions please assist me on possible cause and solution.
