  1. Just now, dupsy4 said:

The buyer has a grace of 3 days to request for a revision (or 8 days during busy periods)

After this, the work get auto-completed

However, if a buyer request a modification, be kind enough to tend to the buyer.

    On the flip side

    1. There is 14days pending period (non TRS) till your payment get released into your wallet and within these days, the buyer can still request cancellation via the resolution centre and get the cancellation. (You lose your first drafted work, time and money)

    2. An happy client would certainly return more orders in the future (you gain more repeat buyers and save unnecessary circumstances)

Thanks, I understand business principles of making the client happy for repeat business. I just wanted to know the black and white rules fiverr had, you have answered this - thanks!

  2. I respect your positive stance on this, I also understand the moral importance of doing so I was just wondering if it is against fiverrs rules to refuse additional work after auto complete. Not saying I would at all I just never wanted to find my self in a situation where someone pipes up a few months down the line asking for changes if my circumstances change and wont have time.

  3. I was just wondering what the general stance is on this issue? I have had a few orders, completed them to a good standard and I won't hear anything for say a week. By which point the order has been marked as complete. They then message me asking to make various changes. Even if they haven't used up all of their revisions, am I still obligated to perform changes?

I was just wondering what fiverrs stance is on this?
