    what other platform is there in your opinion where you can get organic traffic ?

    I'd agree with Dereck_s here. I've had the RTO function turned on 24/7 for a long time now (I was part of the beta) and it's made a world of difference for me. I've seen no slow-down in the number of projects that come my way, and my average selling price has gone up as a result of sending custom quotes with all necessary rights factored in and not having to chase down sellers who have no intention of doing the right thing and paying for what they need. It's also helped me to pre-screen sellers to see if their expectations and my offer line up. Generally the buyers who are only interested in using and abusing you, or who have no interest in learning if you actually offer what they expect, will out themselves pretty early in the conversation once you know what to look for.

    I have earned a total of 116 reviews, consisting of 107 5-stars, eight 4-stars, and one 1-star, from the 247 orders I completed. So, my client satisfaction having a strong negative impact on gigs is highly doubtful. However, I don't have a say in this metric because I do not know how my clients rated me on their private feedback.

     

    My first guess was that this irrational Success Score calculation was done by an erroneous AI. But I argued Fiverr couldn't make such a mistake. Only then did it occur to me.

     

    This is Fiverr’s way of Constructive Termination. Constructive termination is a situation where the employee is forced to leave or quit his/her job not because they want to, but because of the employer’s conduct. The resignation could be the result of bad working conditions or changes in terms of employment which leave the employee with no other choice but to quit. And kudos to Fiverr for achieving their goal.👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

     

    I had a good run, and I'm sure gonna miss it. But like every other good thing, this also must come to an end.

    It is so very sad brother that I find myself in the same predicament like yours. Is there a way out of this, only asking for some sort of motivation if any because for a second there reading how you are feeling and what is happing with you, I felt like I am not alone. I am so disheartened man, this was my bread and butter. I worked here hard, sleepless nights, 1156 orders, highly responsive badge, 760 unique client earnings more than a 100k and then suddenly from level 2 I am dropped to level 1 and today out of the blues , success score drops again. Damn I don't know where to go from where . the harder I try the worse it gets

  5. There is certainly no timeline on how long it will take for you to get an order organically because it all depends on the algorithm and when it displays your gig in the search, of course other factors matter as well like how good is your gig and all. 

    I would advice you not wait for an order but start sending buyers request everyday. You have 10 of them send them all if you can.  Promote your gig on social media and do it with determination and be optimistic 🙂 Hard work pays off eventually. 

    I do graphic designing, t shirt designs and all

    about 60 days and 10 projects with 5 stars.. are you sure that is correct ? because you are giving me hope, light at the end of the tunnel kind of a thing.

  7. I have 8 orders in queue, I just got Returning customer badge. and my stats are all 100%, response time, order completion rate etc and my over all rating is 5 star no warnings😟

    Any idea why it has happened and how can I fix it, and how long does this last because I have dropped on ranking as well suddenly

    Hope you are having a blessed day. 

    So a couple day ago my gig was promotable and then suddenly its not due to '' Quality issue'' 

    While on my end I haven't got any complaint, bad reviews or ratings less than 5 star.

    Would some one be kind enough to tell me what might have happened and how long will this last ?

    Well there's no solution in this case , all you can do is ask them to cancel the order without affecting your account , it's not CS fault that your buyer went rogue ... This is only if you want to cancel the order ... In all cases support won't be able to ' accept ' the delivery on behalf of your buyer .

    Also don't redeliver the files without an actual revision , delivering the same files over again in case he's requesting revisions might result in a warning from CS at some point .

    actually as the client is asking for extra work which he is not willing to pay for... 

    he sent in his first revision request and I sent the same design back that initially was delivered before he asked for extra work and said the following

  12. I have this customer who prior to placing an order the design brief was discussed and agreed upon word for word. 

    I offered him unlimited revisions as far as color change was concerned but made it very clear that any substantial design change after the design has been made to there requirement will cost extra. All of the terms including what was being designed was agreed upon and an offer was sent. 

    once the design was delivered they praised the work and then asked for additional design which was not in the scope of the agreed design as discussed prior to placing an order. 

    Now the customer is not cooperating with paying for the extra work and has been disregarding the terms agreed upon . 

    not only that the customer has threatened to leave damaging reviews if the revisions are not done while what they require is not a revision but extra work. They have been lying and manipulating every thing that was agreed upon. 

    Can some one please tell me what to do here?

    I have reached out to customer support but no solution. 

    All I need now is to end this order by sending in a cancel order request based off the fact that they are requesting more work that was not in the original design scope and have it not effect my order completion stats.
