  1. I want to include various cases in which the buyer is at fault. Like buyer placed an order mistakenly, the buyer placed an order and was happy until the order was delivered and get what exactly he was looking for when it was time to approve the order he declined to pay and canceled the order by just saying he didn't like the final product(obviously it's a scam and he is avoiding to pay) but it's a fraud for the seller. he worked hard for the order and also delivered the final product, and then suddenly, the buyer refused to accept (HE ALREADY GOT WHAT HE NEEDED AND REFUSE TO PAY). In these types of cases, Fiverr should evaluate the discussion on the order page evaluate the buyer's fraudulent behavior, and release the payment of the seller. Also, Fiverr shouldn't consider these buyers' hidden feedback affecting the seller's Success Score.

    Exactly the same happened with my gigs. They all disappeared from marketplace search results when I checked my gig stats through the CS option there it's showing ACTIVE status on all my gigs. Although all impressions and clicks are gone. Then I contacted Fiverr CS and they checked the problem and replied same that my all gigs are active. But I am unable to understand why my gig performance dropped down to almost zero. At first, I thought it was some kind of glitch or update error. But unfortunately, I was wrong. It seems a permanent thing.

    The only thing I did wrong was that an order entered two days late, and the buyer asked me to extend the order for another 15 days due to her availability. 

     

    Exactly, I never missed my deadline since I joined Fiverr. Was top on the list of my certain niche for the whole 2 years. Had satisfied clients. Never violated any rule. Still excited to provide more but unable to do due to some hidden criteria of Fiverr.

    If you already got order before. You shouldn't have to change those. If you getting highest order. it that time your time will come to change this gig title, description and image. During this time, You haven't facing this problem. But you should know that if you change something of your gig , fiverr again will indexing your gig newly. that's why your gig rank fall down. but you you completed some orders at this time you will come back your position as soon as possible. 

    I make changes almost after a year in one gig only. And they disappeared my all gigs.

    I had tha Fiverr promotion available on 3 gigs. But long ago Fiverr declared my gigs not eligible to promote anymore. 😔

  6. It's happening with many sellers including me. Weeks ago I did editing in one of my gigs and suddenly all my gigs disappeared and were not in search results. All of them. 

     

    After contacting Fiverr CS they mentioned 2 reasons. Fiverr CS is saying due to poor performance some gigs have been removed from search results. Second, when you will edit your gig it will go under review. And nothing can be done about this issue. 😔

  7. Actually, I am still exploring this feature for the last few days. I am not much hopeful about it. Not a signal person responded back positively. 🙃

    Although my response is always within few seconds most of the time. Let's see what improvement we get in future. My experience with Buyer Request feature was not good at all. Rarely found any relevant one but I think Brief is much better option, but still its a struggle for Sellers to grab an order.
