    He asked me for Vietnam city data, I gave Vietnam city data, but their business location was different. And the cancellation request reason is - the order is canceled due to the business being in different location.

  4. Fiver is identifying me as a level 1 seller, yesterday, but 1 of my clients had to cancel the order because they didn't complete the order, so fiver gave me this message. I just completed a new order and was given a 5$ tip with a good review.
    My question is - will I lose my level now?

    If the buyer accepted the order, then there is nothing else that you need to do - they accepted the order and delivery, so they didn't need any revisions. This also shows that they were satisfied with the delivery.

    If they ask for more work, the proper thing to do is to open up another order for you to cover that work. But they can't force you to work for free. You can report this buyer to Fiverr CS, and block the buyer so that they can't harrass you any more.

     

    If I block the client, can I have a problem if he talks to fiver support?

  8. I completed an order and the client took the work and deposit, and accepted the order. But is now demanding more work from me for 1 month, saying that all the work I have submitted is not correct.  I have submitted the work 2 times, it still hasn't stopped. I'm afraid he will talk to fiver support,

    what should I do now?
