[Need help to get authentic actual information about some queries]

Hi there, Hope you are fine and doing well 🙂. I have some queries which I have detailed below:

🎯 Almost 03 months ago an honorable client knock me for a project and we discussed about the project ( sales page and membership funnel building work )

Then he/she accepted the order and the requirements are only the attached funnel building platform's login information.

🎯 Whereas we talked inbox about the project summary and what will be the sales page for.

🎯 But for the project his/her own elements like content, images, and service-related full details didn't provide because he/she didn't plan already what will be placed there. You know to build a website/sales page there are so many elements needed. Such as SEO content, quality project-related images, service/product images also their price table, etc.

Those elements can't provide my honorable client.

🎯 On the other hand order delivery deadline was almost at the end and I couldn't reach my honorable clients.

Since then it was already 03 months running and I have not received any reply from him/her till now and he/she is not active.

🎯 But I develop a sales page based on his/her project summary and they are completely editable at any time. Replaceable by his/her own elements or if he/she wants to modify that is also possible.

Because of his/her deactivation I delivered what I build for her/his and I wrote there I made a mockup sales page for your project and they are ready to modify / replaceable anytime you want to but definitely I will need your assistance. ( I thought he/she will reply by seeing the delivery but no activity ) I am ready to assist you and if you need any kind of revision, I am certainly obligated to do that.

🎯 And after 03 days the order was completed automatically and yet I don't get any reply back from my honorable client.

So my question is:

👉 Do I make any violations there?
👉 I do my best as I promised ( develop a sales page for his/her course module ) but not related to the client's own elements. Where I am always ready to assist him/her with her/his own elements and if anything he/she wants to change or modify. Because he/she yet didn't provide his/her own elements and didn't reply back so still they are now as the same what I build there.

Moreover, the funnel-building platform's id & password was changed and didn't work now.

👉 Am I any danger? Such as restricting my account / broke any rules and regulations?

Where I tried my best to communicate + did the job with my own responsibility and develop the page with my own vision.

🎯 I hope I will reply back from the Fiverr Forum and will get advised / authentic actual information about the situation.

I don't know did I broke any rules of Fiverr or have already done. We the sellers dream or as a freelancer wish to make this path our career platform. So we really need an opportunity seriously.  Otherwise we will constantly fall. A chance would be good for both of us. Both want to move forward beautifully...
