Hi everyone, 😃
I wonder why my account's On-time delivery is dropping from 90% to 89% continuously even though my recent orders have been delivered on time. Every time the delivery is done, the index rises to 90%, but a few days later it drops to 89% again. 😭
Does anyone know why? And please teach me how to fix this problem so that my level won't be affected anymore. Looking forward to hearing from everyone. I sincerely thank you 🙏
