Hi there,

Good day. I've been working on fiverr for two years. I have gained 18 positive reviews. But still I haven't got any brief and match yet. I have 7 active gigs in different catagories of graphic design. What should I do now? I will really be delighted for your precious suggestions.

Hope you're all doing good. I'm a new seller and I'm very close to get the level 1 badge. But now a days the buyer request is closed and I haven't got any brief from fiverr. What should I do now? Eagerly waiting for your valuable suggestions.

When I compose a buyer request and click the send button, sometimes there comes a pop-up window and there's written, " You can't send the request and please contact CS". Now could anybody answer me the reason why it happens? Thanks in advance.

Of course it's illegal. Contact support and ask them to cancel for you without it affecting your cancellation rate, because it's an order that violates Fiverr's ToS. I'd definitely tell them exactly that. Don't leave any room for a support agent to think you just don't want to do that order.

Today I've got an order on editing name and some other details on a certificate. If the buyer uses the certificate somewhere and gets caught, there will be some issues. Now my question is, Is it illegal to do such kind of work on Fiverr? Thanks.

Hi Fiverr Experts,

I have a business card and letterhead gig and I have changed the gig title. I replaced only one less competitive keyword. I published my gig about 3 to 4 months ago but still, I haven't got any orders.
Should I delete it and publish a new one? If I want to publish a new gig, can I use the same contents like Images, gig descriptions, keywords and others?

Sellers always try to make their buyers happy and they work hard on their projects. They wish to get good feedback as well but if a buyer doesn't leave one, don't force to offer. Work hard, develop skills to make him happy for the next time.

Thanks for sharing your problem on forum. Here you will get solutions for any problem that arises. Now come to the point, you just don't worry and calm down, please. It's a very common scenario, most of the buyers remain so busy and they usually check the delivery when they get back home from work. One thing you'll be known soon is that if any buyer doesn't receive any delivery, it'll be auto-completed in 3 days. So no worries. Happy freelancing! Thank you so much.

I have edited my gig a couple of days back. I'm spending time on Fiverr as much as I can approximately 10 hours a day. Doing gig research and others.
