I think the situation here is that OP just passed the TRS requirements and his category now requires a test to see how well service providers fare. I think it's one of the many requirements, but it's not going to automatically turn him into a TRS, it just means he will be cleared by the system to be vetted. As a front-end developer on Fiverr, I recently completed the top-rated requirements and received a notification about a test to become a top-rated seller. I'm curious about whether this test is a primary factor in achieving the top-rated badge or if it's an optional component. If I fail the test, will I still have a chance to earn the top-rated badge through other criteria?

Sometimes we need to reply to specific client messages. But at this moment we can't do that. But it seems really important to have a feature like this so that we can reply to a specific client message like WhatsApp or other chatting apps.

As an example client made a request for website design and a seller who is a logo designer submit proposal to that request. In this case buyer is suffering to get the perfect seller and getting many spam request. So with the new update fiverr took the responsibility to inform those category seller  who is right for the client. Like if any client post a job for website design than only website designer seller can apply to that request.

So make sure that your gig is on the right category and check your brief budget settings.
