That's a very clever way to set up your packages, @ahkdev!

I'm currently using Fiverr's new Request to Order feature on all my gigs to prevent buyers from placing orders without talking with me:

I turn this feature on and off based on how many orders I'm getting. It works great!

I hope this feature becomes available to all sellers soon!

Are you Using seller Plus? How could we take this feature?

I joined Seller Plus for $19 a month thinking it would drive me a ton of business. I was hoping that with advanced analytics and keyword suggestions, I would make more money. Instead, after two refunds thanks to impossible to please buyers, I was no longer allowed to use Promoted Gigs, have only made $40 this month, and don't see the value in paying $19 anymore.

What good is 7-day clearance if you're not making sales?

What is your experience with Seller Plus? Did it work for you? Did it not?

Thanks for sharing your experience, I also want to take it but NOW I am not interested at all!  🙂

Fiverr already offers courses and badges / certificates. They also have levels and ratings and reviews that are based on your experience on Fiverr.

    What more would you like?

    How would you utilize it?

We can use that in any local Contractual & part-time job purpose. Let me know what you thik about that?

I have a question to all of you Guys. What you think if we get CERTIFICATE from Fiverr International based on our experience? If Fiverr provide this, we can utilize that many ways...

    What you think about that?

    Thanks & Best regard!

When we started off on Fiverr we were using Paypal but then found a much better way to receive our hard earned money.

    USE Payoneer.

Fiverr uses USD as it's default currency. If you withdraw different currencies from fiverr or paypal you will be given a very poor exchange rate. Here is how to solve this.

Set up a Payoneer account and withdraw your funds in USD from Fiverr. Payoneer only charge you $1 to do this.
Next if you are from the UK (not sure for other countries) set up a Transferwise account.

Send the Payoneer funds to your transferwise account.

Change your USD to GBP/Euro or any other currency you require at a VERY good rate saving you ALOT of money on exchange fees that paypal take.

This is by far the BEST way to save money hands down.

I hope this helps everyone who looses out when changing currencies!

Could you explain how to transfer money from payoneer to Transferwise ?

    Thanks 🙂

I had completed an order for a buyer. It was perfect. He just needed to get a subscription for app to get exact same result. and it wasn't possible to do that with that small budget and without subscription. I tried my best to convince him. He wanted to get it for free. So he cancelled the order.

How to avoid this incident to happen again?  How Can I get to know the buyer's intension before starting order?

Sorry to hear about this. Carry on Don't worry about that 🙂

To make sure your Buyer Request is clear, practical and in line with Fiverr's guidelines, consider following these tips:

    Choose your words
The Buyer Requests section is reserved for Buyers who want to make purchases.  Sellers are not allowed to use this section to promote their Gigs (doing so may lead to an account warning).  This also means the wording used should clearly show that you are a Buyer asking for services.  Try to word your Request using the following guide:
    • I'm looking for...
    • I want to purchase...
    • I need someone who will...

    Avoid sentences like:

    • I will...
    • I'm offering...
    • I can do...

    Be Concise
Although you have ample room to write what your needs are in the Request, a good rule of thumb is to keep to a couple of paragraphs with specific bullet points. Make sure that you add links and examples to show what you are looking for and to help sellers decide if it is something they can actually do.

Do you need to send a detailed brief? Attach a separate document so that the body of your Request is brief and concise, but sellers can check all of the key information.

    Contact information
Sharing contact information to communicate off of Fiverr is not allowed by our Terms of Service.  This could also cause your Buyer Request to be rejected.  Please do not include any contact information in your Request or attachments.

    I Get No Respect
Showing respect is essential in a digital marketplace. A True Doer treats others with kindness and professionalism because that is what being part of the Fiverr community is all about.

Make sure your request is aligned with our Community Standards
In order to maintain a respectful, inclusive, and safe environment for everyone, we’ve created a set of community standards to serve as a moral compass for behavior on our platform. These standards help define what is acceptable in the Fiverr community and marketplace.

Make sure that the services you're requesting are in line with Fiverr's Terms of Service and, if a third party is involved, that the service also abides by their terms of use.  For example, purchasing likes, followers, reviews, plays, is not allowed.

Lastly we can add a effective portfolio link, so that client can know more about seller skills😁

I've used it, and cancelled it. But it wasn't a bad service.

The benefits are the things you listed haha. You get a dedicated success manager who will analyse your gigs, give you tips on how to improve and get more orders etc. You will also have access to in depth seminars on various topics to help you succeed on fiverr. You also get 7 day earnings clearance instead of 14.  Also, you get in depth analytics to see more about which keywords are successful, and how changes to your gigs have affected your impressions and clicks etc.

I think it's ok but not (for me) worth the price it costs. I don't mind 14 day clearance. I got the tips from the success manager and will implement them, but he didn't have many changes to suggest because I am already pretty successful on fiverr. I never used the seminar feature and the keyword information was interesting but doesn't really change my approach since it was as I expected it to be.

I think it is better suited to sellers that aren't doing super well on fiverr yet and could benefit from one on one feedback

Awww! I got it. Thanks for your suggestion 🙌

After a couple of really busy weeks (both work and personal-life wise), I'm currently in a coffee shop typing away and couldn't help but wonder about the title for a second.

I didn't always think I would be a writer, after all - mostly because I wasn't sure I'd actually make it. I never really had a 'plan' after I'd stop travelling and working as a nanny/teacher after all (though I knew I wouldn't be able to do it forever.) I wanted to keep moving, so I wanted something flexible and well... Here I am now, freelancing.

Despite everything, I don't think the flexibility is my favourite part of the job. What I love is being able to be creative. All the different games I get to work on, all the fun projects - they are... hard, in a way, because even thinking requires brains (and something I burn out easier than I'd like) but... I LOVE coming up with ideas.

And... I love it when people cherish my work. A couple of times I've gotten reviews that almost made me tear up. Working on longer projects is risky (to some extent) but when someone reads through 20-30k words and just raves about it makes me realize WHY I love writing. I love being able to share my 'world' with others, to sneak a bit of the quirkiness that makes me, well, out into the open. It's taxing and hard but it's... what keeps me going.

(as an addendum, I'm very obviously neuro-divergent though currently in the process of trying to get diagnosed, so for a very long time I wasn't really understood by those around me. I'm very open about this now, but I struggled a lot with anxiety/etc. because of this - I'm on the mend now but things weren't always this way!)

So... with my somewhat emotional rant on what I love about writing over... what do YOU love about what you do? Not just in a freelancing sense but just in general?

Positive review always effective for good work!😊

This post is totally based on my own Experience. For last 2 months I'm getting a lot of orders but when the date crosses 21-25, I've felt that clients commit and then order after the first week of next month. I experienced this with a lot of clients.

I think mostly they try to initiate the orders when they receive salaries or somtehing? What do you think about this? Maybe I'm just overthinking?

Yeah! I think soo. At the end of the moth sometime I get too. Btw Thanks for sharing! 😊

    Hey there Forum,

I was bummed by the fact that I couldn’t leave a review after I was forced to cancel two orders, from two different sellers. I requested for them to do product descriptions to which they both agreed, however my expierience with these sellers was garbage. The first seller promised me that the gig would be finnished within 3 days and gave me updates where he stated that there has been progress and I have nothing to worry about, another day passes and he told me that he is almost finished and that I will recieve my word file by the next day. I heard nothing from him that day, radio silence. The day after the deadline I woke up to message saying that he is sorry, but he wont be able to deliver the work he promised.

The second seller in question turned everything in on time, however there was a BIG ISSUE. The work was 100% plagiarised. She took product descriptions straight from amazon without bothering to change a single thing and turned the work in as her own. Once again this was blamed on a partner and she told be that she was busy preparing for her wedding.

How is this acceptable? And why can’t I warn other people about potential fraud and potential lawsuits because the work was plagiarised? This could’ve been prevented if there was actually an honest review system in place. Now it seems that you can only leave a review if you were pleased by the results.

Sure I got my money back, but my time was wasted. I made it clear to the seller that it was a time sensitive job and what would have happened if I hadnt noticed the? What if I blindly trusted the sellers because of the good reviews? If this happened to me I can only imagine how many other people have fallen victim to this.

I want to call them out for their unproffesional and illegal behaviour. This isnt fair to anybody. Can I name them on this forum and provide evidence?

I think order cancellation is better than bad review🙌
