[My promote gig in problem.]

My promote gig in problem. Now, this promote gig in show "Not promotable (Unqualified)". It's for my all gig i can't see in search place. Now, how do can i solve this problem?

[How I avoid the cancellation]

If you can solve the task according to your targeted task then I think you can stop the possibility of cancellation of your order by first explaining to the buyer.  Then if you can't do the job then you have to stop taking orders.
