[unable to add payoneer payment method]

Hi, Fiverr customer support!

I would like to add my Payoneer payment method to Fiverr. when I get a Fiverr email notification in my Fiverr email to confirm a Payoneer connection with my Fiverr account. after clicking the confirm option I have come to this page and I got this message. so please help me to solve this problem by adding a Payoneer account with my Fiverr.

Hi there!

I am shakil.  I have been working in fiverr from 2020. I have not worked in this account many times. So i want to delete this account and want to open a new account. If i create new account from new laptop and using new ip address.  Will it affect in my new fiverr account?  

So please give me advice.  What will i do??
