2 years ago Fiverr also asked me to join PRO. Back then, something like this rarely happened. I don't know if this is still the case as Fiverr recently gave a very large group of sellers the PRO badge. I don't think many deserved this.
I haven't converted all my gigs into PRO gigs because I still want to keep a group of clients with smaller budgets.
For me, PRO was a sales boost.

If you are top-rated combined with PRO and get enough orders, Fiverr will always place you high in the search results. So with 28 gigs, I have much visibility in the search results. Most of my gigs are selling. But even the not-so-popular gigs are high in the search results.-

I thought new gigs didn't get a score. After 3 to 4 orders there is enough data to get a score. It was like that for me (and it still is).

The only thing what I found, that the score drops very easily but on the other hand it is hard to amend again.After the change I had a SS of 8, then a 7 and now a it is 6 - although I only get positive feedbacks and 5 stars
(surprise!) . So my account is in danger to lose my Level2 Badge, and although I am delivering permanently on different gigs, the score does not change at all...My success score was 9 at the start of the new system. It's still 9 now.
I did manage to increase the individual score of several of my gigs. But not yet high enough to put my success score at 10.-

I can see it on my gigs. Some of them move 1 point up, others go 1 point down.
